4.2 One Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold only one qk33 Account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. qk33 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any winnings or bonuses associated with them.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your qk33 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. qk33 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
4.4 Suspicious Activity. You must notify qk33 immediately via [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation or if your login credentials have been compromised.
4.5 Account Accuracy. You are responsible for keeping your Account information accurate and up to date. Any change to your name, address, contact details, or payment information must be reported to qk33 support promptly. qk33 may refuse withdrawal requests where Account information does not match verification documents on file.
5.1 qk33 operates under an international gaming licence that imposes Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations on the Company. As a result, qk33 is required to verify the identity, age, and source of funds for all Players prior to processing withdrawals and at other points during the account lifecycle as determined by qk33's compliance team.
5.2 When requested, you must provide the following documents within the timeframe specified by qk33:

6.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. qk33 aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification and compliance checks.
6.4 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that legally belong to you and are free from any third-party encumbrance. qk33 does not accept deposits made from credit cards, third-party accounts, or any payment method that does not belong to the registered Account holder.
6.5 Currency. The qk33 Platform operates primarily in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where deposits are made in alternative currencies (e.g., USDT), conversion will be applied at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of transaction. qk33 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
6.6 Transaction Records. All deposit and withdrawal transactions are logged and accessible within your Account dashboard. It is your responsibility to review your transaction history and report any discrepancies to qk33 support within 30 days of the transaction date.
7.1 qk33 offers various promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload bonuses, free spins, and free bet promotions to eligible Players from time to time. All such promotions are subject to these Terms and any additional terms specific to the individual promotion.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to Real Money Funds eligible for withdrawal. 7.3 Bonus Abuse. qk33 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim Bonus Funds where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or any other conduct that qk33 deems to constitute exploitation of promotional offers.
7.4 One Promotion Per Player. Unless otherwise specified, each Player is entitled to claim each promotion once only. Promotions are not transferable between accounts or to third parties.
7.5 Expiry. Bonus Funds and free bets that are not used or wagered within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire automatically without notice or compensation.
8.1 All bets placed on the qk33 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or sports market in question. These rules are published on the relevant game or market page and form part of this Agreement.
8.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet is only considered accepted and binding once qk33 has issued a confirmed bet receipt to the Player. In the event of technical failure before a bet receipt is issued, the bet will be considered void and any staked amount returned to the Player's Account.
8.3 Obvious Errors. qk33 reserves the right to void any bets placed at obviously erroneous odds, prices, or under clearly incorrect game conditions, including but not limited to system errors, incorrect market data, or software malfunctions. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Player.
8.4 Cricket & PSL Betting. All cricket and PSL betting markets are subject to the official match results as determined by the relevant cricket governing body (e.g., PCB, ICC). In the event of match abandonment, interruption, or any result deemed unofficial, qk33 will apply the rules published in the relevant market's terms.
8.5 Maximum Payouts. qk33 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on individual bets, game sessions, or cumulative daily/weekly winnings. Maximum payout limits, where applicable, will be stated on the relevant game or market page.
9.1 qk33 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of cheating, collusion, fraud, or exploitation. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the qk33 Platform:
9.2 Where qk33 identifies or suspects any of the conduct described in clause 9.1, qk33 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant Account, void all associated bets and winnings, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

12.1 All content on the qk33 Platform, including but not limited to the qk33 brand name, logo, game content, website design, graphics, text, and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of qk33 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the qk33 Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from any qk33 content without the express written consent of qk33.
13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, qk33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the qk33 Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
13.2 qk33's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.
13.3 qk33 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. qk33 shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from Platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures beyond qk33's reasonable control.
14.1 Termination by Player. You may close your qk33 Account at any time by contacting qk33 support. Prior to account closure, any remaining Real Money Funds balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
14.2 Termination by qk33. qk33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at its absolute discretion, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, fraudulent or abusive conduct, failure to complete KYC verification, or regulatory requirements.
14.3 Upon termination for breach of these Terms, qk33 reserves the right to withhold any Bonus Funds and, where applicable, winnings derived from bonus wagers, pending investigation of the breach.

15.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved through qk33's internal complaints procedure, it may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by qk33's licensing authority in accordance with the applicable licensing conditions.
15.3 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which qk33 holds its international gaming licence. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes that are not resolved through the dispute resolution process described above.
15.4 Language. In the event of any conflict between a translated version of these Terms and the English-language version, the English-language version shall prevail.
